Welcome to Riverside Christian College, we are an independent, non-denominational and co-educational P-12 school which offers both Distance Education School and Day School.

Distance Education is offered throughout Australia and accessed by students overseas. The Day School is located in the heritage-rich city of Maryborough Queensland.

Riverside Day School is a safe & secure environment for students. The College successfully combines traditional and innovative teaching methods with twenty-first century technology. The College has a family oriented approach with a strong pastoral care program and a high student to teacher ratio. Home schooling is the legal alternative to school education. There are families who consider distance learning to be more suitable for their child. At Riverside Christian College, we are able to work with parents to provide excellent Christian academic program.

Riverside Day School has a safe and secure environment with supportive learning programs that promote success.

The current College Campus was constructed in 1997 to reflect the natural Australian bush and river surrounds.

The classrooms are modern with many new facilities being provided each year in an on-going building program.

The Day School operates a single stream of classes with a high student-to-teacher ratio and a growing variety if learning options with specialist teachers and modern resources.

Our primary partnership is with families and students as together we invest into the current and future needs of each student and the College as a whole.

The Parents and Friends Association is open to the parents/carers of any current Riverside students and works together with the College Executive on aspects of College life.

Volunteer tutors have a ministry to assist students to reach their goals and work under the direction of the Director of Student and Family Support.

Past students and staff will always remain part of the College community.
