Regional Workshops are a popular program provided by Riverside. Teachers visit various regions throughout Queensland, and provide a varied program of activities for Distance Education students and training and support for their tutors.
Workshops provide an opportunity for Riverside families in a region to get to know each other, social and personal interaction opportunities for the students, and are an opportunity to get to know the Riverside teachers on a personal basis.
Specialist subject camps are also held in a variety of locations in Queensland.
